We are growing and evolving, and we are looking for a highly adaptable Executive Assistant to work directly with the GM, gain exposure to all aspects of the business, and help make a meaningful impact.
Job Description
As the GM’s right-hand, you’ll take on whatever is needed to keep the business running smoothly. No two days are the same, and your contributions will directly impact the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the GM
Handle customer and vendor communications as needed
Plan events, meetings, and client appreciation efforts
Assist with research, estimates, bills, and projects
Support marketing or sales initiatives as requested
Take initiative, anticipate needs, and help solve problems proactively
Qualifications/ Requirements
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Positive, proactive, and ready to learn by shadowing the GM
Comfortable handling diverse tasks and challenges
Tech-savvy or willing to learn tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media platforms
Must have a valid driver’s license
