We are growing and evolving, and we are looking for a highly adaptable Executive Assistant to work directly with the GM, gain exposure to all aspects of the business, and help make a meaningful impact.

Job Description

As the GM’s right-hand, you’ll take on whatever is needed to keep the business running smoothly. No two days are the same, and your contributions will directly impact the success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the GM

  • Handle customer and vendor communications as needed

  • Plan events, meetings, and client appreciation efforts

  • Assist with research, estimates, bills, and projects

  • Support marketing or sales initiatives as requested

  • Take initiative, anticipate needs, and help solve problems proactively

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented

  • Positive, proactive, and ready to learn by shadowing the GM

  • Comfortable handling diverse tasks and challenges

  • Tech-savvy or willing to learn tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media platforms

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
