We are looking to grow our sales team to expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and implement systems like a CRM. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our business while learning and advancing within a well-established company.
Job Description
You’ll research leads, connect with decision-makers, schedule demos, and support marketing initiatives. You’ll also help build and maintain a CRM platform to organize customer information and sales opportunities. Start part-time with the opportunity to advance to full-time salary + commission/bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Research potential customers and identify key decision-makers
Collect direct contact information and maintain organized prospect lists
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media
Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups
Help build and maintain a CRM platform to track leads, customers, and opportunities
Track leads and report results
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns
Earn performance-based bonuses while part-time, with additional incentives when full-time
Qualifications/ Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with phone and email outreach
Organized, persistent, and results-oriented
Interest in sales, business development, or customer relations
Self-motivated and able to help expand our customer base and build CRM systems
Must have a valid driver’s license
